Temp-To-Hire Program
Recruiting and hiring permanent employees can be a daunting task. That’s why many businesses turn to our Temp-To-Hire program at Apple Construction Services. Our flexible program allows you to evaluate candidates before making a long-term commitment.
Here's How it Works:
Customized Recruitment
We recruit and screen applicants based on your specific requirements, ensuring you have a pool of qualified candidates to choose from.
Selective Interviewing
You have the freedom to interview as many or as few candidates as you like. We want you to find the perfect fit for your company.
Temporary Evaluation Period
Once you’ve chosen a candidate, they are placed on a temporary evaluation period, typically 90 days or 480 hours. This period allows you to assess their performance and suitability for the role within your organization.
No Commitment, No Worries
During the evaluation period, there is no obligation to hire the candidate permanently. If you find that they don’t meet your expectations, we will promptly provide a replacement.
Employee Turnover
Apple Construction Services understands the importance of a seamless transition when it comes to employee turnover. That’s why we commit to honoring the turnover period from the applicant’s original start date. Once this period has been successfully completed, the applicant becomes available for permanent hire at no additional charge.
Additionally, we respect the dynamic nature of business circumstances. Should the need arise, you have the freedom to cancel the employment of the applicant at any time. Our goal is to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind throughout the process.
Important Employment Reminders
4-Hour Minimum
To ensure seamless service, we require a minimum of 4 hours per day to dispatch temporary staff to your business. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 4 hours of the start time and you will not be billed. We will send a replacement upon your request.
Our Investment in Quality
We invest heavily in our personnel staff’s advertising, testing, and training. This translates to a high-quality pool of candidates for your company.
Hiring Directly
If you find a temporary staff member to be a great asset to your team, we offer the opportunity to hire them directly. To do so, the employee must complete 480 billable hours of service.
